About

I work as a peer advocate and write extensively on the topic of mental health with the hard earned perspective of a former patient fighting for stigma free care.
Part of my neurodivergency is that for the longest time reading people’s body language was incredibly challenging. Instead of it being a natural act, I had to learn to decipher people’s nonverbal language deliberately. I combined this labor with my passion for art and began taking pictures everywhere I went. So the strangers I photographed taught me how to understand people’s body language and I’m grateful to everybody you see here in my photo journey.
